Abstract Submissions
The symposium is meant to be very low-key. We're only requiring abstracts so we can put together a nice packet for
everyone to take home. The format is up to you, but the maximum length is one full page.
Here
is a template that might help in preparing your abstract. Figures are optional, but definitely encouraged.
Material presented at other meetings and conferences is acceptable!
Abstracts are due by April 15, 2008. Extensions of up to a week will be granted, but a "notice of intent" to submit
should be sent to the address below, by April 15.
To submit an abstract, please send an e-mail with the file attached, to the following address:
epsrs.abstracts@gmail.com
In the body of your message, please indicate whether you would prefer an oral or poster presentation, or indicate "no preference".
By submitting an abstract, you agree to give the Earth and Space Science Student Organization (ESSSO)
the right to reprint the abstract in a publicly-available document.
If you would like to attend, but do not wish to submit an abstract,
please send an e-mail to the following address: epsrs.rsvp@gmail.com.
This includes faculty and staff -- we'd like to get a rough head count, as lunch and dinner will be provided. Thanks!
