2009 L.A. Basin Earth and Planetary Students Research Symposium Program
Notice of Intent and abstract submission is now open! Notice of intent to submit is April 4TH, in honor of Yuri Gagherin, the first man in space. Abstracts will be due April 17TH. Please contact us with any questions regarding abstract submission.
Parking passes are available to those arriving from off campus. Please contact Matt W to request a permit.
All LA-area students in the earth, planetary, and space sciences are invited to attend a one-day research
symposium to be held Friday April 24, 2009 on the UCLA campus. This event will showcase student research
and provide a unique opportunity for interaction and networking among students. In the LA Basin, we are
privileged to have many outstanding graduate and undergraduate programs in geology, geophysics, planetary science,
space physics, and related disciplines. The goal of the LA-Basin EPSRS is to foster connections between students
