The Earth and Planetary Student Research Symposium (EPSRS) is an opportunity for you to show off your cutting-edge
research, and check out what other students are up to. All students within driving distance of UCLA
(e.g., USC, Caltech, UCR, CSU-Long Beach, CSU-Northridge)
are encouraged to attend, and to present. We will have both oral and poster presentations, with a ratio TBD.
Oral presentations will likely be 15 minutes including questions, and the poster session will be about 1 hour
following lunch. There is no registration fee, and lunch and dinner will be provided free of charge to all students.
A limited number of parking passes will be available for free as well. Faculty are invited to attend, and several
faculty volunteers are needed to serve as judges - cash prizes will be awarded for the top presentations by
grad students in the following amounts.

- Second place: $75.00
- Third place: $50.00
